As you might have noticed, you didn't got much response.

Although your question is somewhat related to aros (e.g. aros won;t boot) your acutal question is about UAE, emulation and lack therof

So, actually the question is not really suited for aros forums. Ofcourse any particular aros issues using emulation does fall into that category.

You might perhaps have better luck on your question being answered on eab and/or other amiga/emulation/uae related forums.

Having said all that, you might want to have a look at fs-uae, which uses a newer codebase based on latest winuae. Afaik it does not support iOS, but i bet you that frode could use a hand and won't mind any help in that regards.

Also perhaps more interresting info can be found on the eab forums here. These is the board where frode (fs-use) and toni wilen (win-uae) are located, and they sure do know a whole lot more about UAE than anyone else around here (with perhaps the exception of o1i )

Hi Guys,
I'm interested in getting AROS68k working in a UAE for iOS.
The source I have is branched from WinUAE, and has been
ported to many mobile/console devices.

I have AROS running in WinUAE, but not in the mobile code.
In WinUAE, I noticed it won't boot if the emulated Amiga
only has chip RAM, so I have re-implemented expansion RAM,
and the second Kickstart ROM can be loaded into the correct
location, but it still won't boot a disk that WinUAE will.

I hear that older versions of WinUAE don't work with AROS.
Can anyone tell me what the difference is so I can continue
to work with the UAE source that I have?
