Registration trouble and no admin contact

Last month I tried to register on this forum, but I never received the confirmation e-mail. So my account was not activated, I could not log in. The error message was:
"The selected user has been deactivated or has not been activated yet. Please contact the administrator for details". So I tried to contact a forum administrator, but I didn't manage to find any administrator e-mail address or contact form on the public pages of the forum. It seems that there is no way to contact an administrator without being registered, this is not very friendly, especially when you have registration trouble. Fortunately, today I tried again today, and it worked. Maybe my old pending account had expired and was automatically deleted, so I was able to join with the same login/e-mail.
