I think it might be better to not use SetFileSize(), as some filesystems don't support it well (or at all if we consider 68k too). Instead you could Examine() the old file beforehand, then save the file with MODE_NEWFILE, then set the old flags with SetProtect().

Heh,maybe this papercut is cursed...
(or it is just me)

I make some tests and here it works fine
under linux-hosted and native RAM: or SFS
...but fails under FAT file system.

apparently SetFileSize didnt work?

Purpose of this exercise is preserve the file flags:


/* first try if file already exist */

    if( (fh = Open(name, MODE_OLDFILE)) )

    {

        SetFileSize(fh, 0, OFFSET_BEGINNING);

    }

    else

    {

        /* No,open new file */

        fh = Open(name, MODE_NEWFILE);

        newfile=TRUE;

    }

Editor NOT saving modified projects again

Hello, I've recently updated my system files with feb 2nd 2012 nightly build (ABIv0), but I got a unpleasant surprise: Editor doesn't update projects again when using the file > Save option. I can save to another file, but not save to current one. Wasn't this fixed with a papercut some weeks ago?

Addition: I was trying to save a project on a FAT USB pendrive.
