I mostly just experience artifacts (graphical garbage) when ever I load programs or games that run in there own screen, or when I change my screen mode or wall paper.

No errors though.

Screen dragging causes this too.

Using: GeForce 9800gt

Hello, since I've read other reports of problems with recent AROS builds, Nouveau driver, Wanderer and GeForce 8400 cards, I decided to try a recent build with my older GeForce 7800 cart, to see if there were issues.

THIS HAPPENS ON AROS i386 ABIv0, WITH NOUVEAU GRAPHICS ONLY

Well, trying to change resolution to a lower one (for instance: from 1280x960 to 1024x768) gave no issues, while doing the exact opposite (for instance: from 800x600 to 1024x768, or from 1024x768 to 1152x864 and so on) did. If I 1) run screenmode, 2) choose a higher resolution, 3) click SAVE or USE, after the resolution has changed, Wanderer starts showing errors after errors, all of this kind:

I've run sashimi to get a log of what's happening when the error occurs:

[drm] nouveau : Setting dpms mode 3 on vga encoder (output 0) [drm] nouveau : Setting dpms mode 0 on vga encoder (output 0) [drm] nouveau : Output DVI-I-1 is running on CRTC 0 using output A [MM] Pool manager error [MM] Attempt to free 9 bytes at 0x03177204 [MM] The chunk does not belong to a pool [MM] Pool manager error [MM] Attempt to free 8 bytes at 0x031771d4 [MM] The chunk does not belong to a pool [MM] Pool manager error [MM] Attempt to free 30 bytes at 0x031771a4 [MM] The chunk does not belong to a pool [MM] Pool manager error [MM] Attempt to free 16 bytes at 0x03177184 [MM] The chunk does not belong to a pool

a far more verbose log, with Snoopy activated, is here. Beware the packed arhive is only 78KB, but, once exploded, it jumps to a whopping 20 MB of text.

May this be fixed, please?
