Please call things with the correct name. Under aga systems the plug and play is called autoconfig and it arrived earlier than M$ plug and ply!

Windows is the easiest to use OS - but not just because of the millions microshaft have invested in researching gui design, etc - but because it has been the only real option for business/mainstream users so all vendors focus on getting their stuff to work mainly there.
Only a fool would ignore that and not try to learn from it ;) As for windows being too complex - it depends what you are trying to achieve.

Maybe AROS is too complicated for a dummie! There should be some thinking of tweaking AROS in the future for easier Usage! That's why Windows is the most used System, because it has the Image of being the esiest to use OS!
So there should be some thinking of making AROS appear easier to use! AROS has the Image of being the OS for the Freak.. but it should become the OS for the Dummie!
