This example has been updated for the new r6 beta release of PortablE. Should now work well on AROS & MorphOS (as well as AmigaOS4).

I have updated the MorphOS executable to use the fixed graphics module, so it should no-longer crash when you change screens.

Oh, and the music playback needs the ptplay.library:

This example is a simple Protracker music player in a mere 69 lines of E code!
Since the ShootEmUp example is probably a bit big for beginners, I am also posting this simple example today. The idea is to show how easy it is to make a simple GUI program, as well as how to handle music playback. You can download this example from here, which includes pre-compiled executables for AmigaOS4, AmigaOS3, AROS & MorphOS. The source code is included, but can also be found here. And here is a screenshot, to give you an idea of what to expect:  (It will look a bit different on your machine, depending on your MUI settings.)
