Tried the same on AmiKIT, and it worked there !
Am I the only one with this problem ? I know it has behaved the same way on two different machines.

Who doesn't this work on my installation ?
-Right click Amistart taskbar -Choose Taskbar Settings -Choose pattern #10 -Click the small "icon" to browse for a new pattern -I go to Resources/Dockies and choose "dockie_blue2" -I close Taskbar settings Taskbar changed but not to the pattern but to an "empty" pattern. If i choose #1 i get it back to the "default" pattern. I must be stupid or my intuition is failing  ???
