Hi amiga,
YouTubeCentre is just a download script - it will not play directly in MPlayer. But, just download to ram: and then play the file from there.

Cheers,
Nigel.

@serk118uk

Believe me, I'd love to find time to do this...

My day job is eating so much of my free time that progress is very slow.

Serk118uk Hello, thank you for answer, even if the translation done on google translator I understood very little, I hope that someone, maybe Paolone translate correctly your intervention; I still I used the version of OWB I found in ICAROS 2.03. YouTubeCenter.user use it on Firefox and I think it is a good add-component with many interesting options (see screenshot), I hope in the future exploitable somewhat of OWB.

YouTube.js che/YouTubeCenter.user.js are temporary solution, OWB plays a big role in everyday AROS usage.

I see people here emulate AROS via vmware or whatever and use Chrome/firefoxes as main browser, I and some use AROS natively and i/we rely on OWB but what we have (i feel) is cutdown version of OWB than MOS/OS4 version so please update OWB..

I'm having some problems with Icaros on VMWare Player where I can not share the wireless network, someone can tell me the steps, thanks

Second problem ICAROS on Acerone where I can not see Youtube videos, I tried both YouTube.js that YouTubeCenter.user.js. Of course I set the settings on OWB scripts fresh downloaded, I assigned "MIME" MPlayer, and ticked all the items on the "Media", or something wrong these scripts do not work anymore?

------------------------------------------

I'm finding that the current release of OWB 1.23 will always crash upon downloading any type of file after one download has already been completed. I assumed this was a known bug; am I incorrect in this?

Cheers,
Nigel.

Thanks for this suggestion! I will surely include it in next Icaros. So far it's the only way to enjoy youtube on AROS, although OWB easily crashes at the second or third video I try to open.

Hi Yanosh,
Yes, just download the script into OWB's 'scrips' folder and then 'add' it via OWB's scripts window. Once you browse to Youtube the script pops up its own configuration options.

Cheers,
Nigel.
