The ftp.module included with this icaros version is not functional. I just fixed some endianness issues which messed up the PASV and PORT commands.

Anyone succeeded in crashing Magellan yet?

I did... I played with the FTP button (on the right). I choosed Connect and Aminet ont the right button bar thing... repetedly changed between them... Then I got a crash with some adress error...

Thats as close I could tell you, to try to reproduce it... (for the moment).

Otherwise it seems to be nice, a few missing things (but I guess it is not fixed yet) Tried to doubleclick an image file (wallpapers) both png and jpg's... An empty grey windowlike thing displayed...

I Tried to install it in VmWare but i'm not able to go beyond the partition tool.
I put IDE (can't use AHCI), and when i click on next wanderer says:
Partition of Disk Failed.
Console says: ***Could not open root partition! Eror 100.

This is cool :D

I will try it out ASAP.

<p>There is a public work-in-progress version of Icaros Desktop available for download.
