You should tell us about your goals and situation:

What is Your environment (Linux, Windows, other system)?

What do You want to do (development, run a game, run an application)?

If application or game: please post names:

If application or game: Have you tried with UAE?

If you doesn?t have a source code than Zune/MUI on Linux or a MUI to GTX wrapper won't help.

If you have the source code you can port it to AROS x86 and maybe AROS Linux hosted.

If you application / game doesn't run under UAE: What went wrong?

You make it sound so easy. So we make a MUI to GTK3 wrapper for the GTK to MUI wrapper. That's one hell of a Rube Goldberg machine, and you still don't have any of Janus UAE's enhancements for E-UAE.

All we need is a MUI to GTK3 wrapper it will be for the most part good to go....

So you should not make a bounty request, but report a bug..

Integrating janus into Linux is quite pointless and maybe you accept my answer more. I wanted to reply earlier, but my time is limited, too.

*If* you want Linux integration:

Make AROS/x86 integration perfect.

As soon as you can run every AROS/x86 app seamlessly on your Linux desktop, you can easily start janus-uae and get what you desired (and much more).

But to make AROS/x86 integration perfect, you need to do some work. A lot of work. And no, I won't take such a bounty as it pointless, IMHO.

Seamless AROS M68K integration with Linux....

Integration of amiga emulators (as that is currently the only way to be able to run AROS M68K) in the host OS is a topic that has been started long ago and is still topic of discussions these days. For example here.

My background isn't linux one, so i do not know lots about how to integrate an emulator in it.

What i do know is that (as already expressed in my other post) is that janus is specifaly designed to integrate with AROS. If you seek the same functionality for another OS you are better off starting with a basic (amiga) emulator and one by one addding those features (by programming them). And perhaps someone out there already done such thing, i really dunno.

As already expressed, integration of amiga emulators in a host os is not a topic for aros developers (except for emulators running inside AROS). Aros developers develop AROS and not emulators for other operating systems.

I have no better way of telling then saying: you are knocking on the wrong door here.

Having that said, there might be people around here that have experience with this topic and maybe they can give you a hand or give some tips. We have a special forum for that here (but as you might notice it is not heavily used forum, so perhaps better of trying amiga-boards).

On a sidenote: would that have been your first question then there wouldn't have to be a need for all those other questions you asked and that have nothing to do with the subject at hand.

If you want seamless AROS m68k integration for linux, then janus UAE is not suited to your needs, because it has seamless AROS m68k integration for AROS. You need to make your own UAE fork with linux integration.
