Then I vote for that themes removal.

I'll do that instead. What do I need to copy over to get it to work again?

Yasu: No, it always broke the theme.prefs. If you like the 3.1 theme put ; in front of themes in startup-sequence.

Yasu: yes, I can confirm that. This is an old bug. But not related to AspireOS, but AROS in general. Betatesters are always welcome :)

@Nikolaos

Can you confirm what I wrote above?

[edit] Restoring 3D effects on menus didn't change anything.

Themes work with a clean installation. But there where quite few of them. Have you reduced the number of themes?

Edit: I was wrong there! It seems that Themes stop working when I choose the OS 3.1 Theme (and possibly also because I remove 3D effect on menus). Themes worked yesterday, it doesn't anymore and I get the exact same error message as shown above.

I'll do a clean re-install and see if it works later today.

Good! If you need a tester I volunteer ;)

Yasu: Just did a clean install. The theme.prefs works with update 2. You must have done something to it. I know it is kind of easy to mess it up.

About warm reset I know from kernel backport that it did not work for awhile, but seams to work again with resent night builds. I will look into it and try to come up with a fix for update 3.

@mt12345

Thanks, but that was true with the last version. This one has Themes as default again.

But for the sake of it I checked if it was ";" or not. It wasn't.

Maybe this helps?
