AGA graphics features using fragment shader

Here is a proposed list of features for the Gallium3D driver fragment shader program that I had asked about earlier:

* 10 layers of 256-color images to simulate sprites and playfields, treating color 0 as transparent.
* Should use 8-bit frame buffer objects for 256-color images.
* Simulated palette entries with colors changed at regular intervals (such as at the end of each line). The color change entries and palettes can be stored in 1D textures with true-color entries.
* Implemented as a shared library for AROS (and/or AmigaOS 4.x when it gets Gallium drivers also).
* Screens composed of these layers and color changes need not share their contents with a true-color screen.

This should bring some measure of chipset compatibility to AROS versions other than the Amiga 68k version.
