Maybe kind of weird idea: AROS Hardware Driver Self Developing Algorythm!

Would it be possible to write a proggy Tool which could create standard AROS Drivers for PC Hardware?
I found out that e.g, the RTL8196 Driver is @ the AROS Archives. Would it be possible to have a Software which could be fed with the perfect C Source Code of a 100% working Hardware and deliver Drivers for the same Hardware cathegory? Maybe PCI Tools scanning Button feeding the information to the Source compiling it then and deliver the working Hardware Drivers? Is that Idea too weird? P.S.: Or maybe this tool could have already all standard Source Codes for Basic Hardware Support and recognizing new Hardware then scan all Information and create the Drivers! Is it even possible to have such a feature? CU Jorge
