It will depend on the chosen configuration (CPU,RAM,HD,additional GFX-card and so on)
Also it depends on the prices vesalia have to pay for this. I will show prices for some example configs soon. Have to clear things out with vesalia.

BTW it is from Lian Li too, and a real nice one with optimized cooling, and some other goodies. Brushed aluminium , no sharp edges, really nice.

yeah, there is for sure a need for something like ArosONE.
I like to have both. A nice small laptop and a big-box without compromise.
You can not get that from a small box.
If you want the ultimate AROS experience you need a nice pci-express Nvidia card, a nice soundcard like ESI juli@ and some monster cpu ;)

Yeah but the AresOne is still meant as workhorse(expandable wit catweazel, Wifi,A prof. audio card for Audio Evolution), now it is a work-pony : D
It is smaller but highly scalable.

I would say the smaller, the better. Think Mac Mini. :)

Phheeeeww! I have it! After the last tests and getting network running it is chosen: the new baby!

I have to correct one point:
the board manages more than DDR2 @1066 -> it manages 1200 safely(o.c option )! I tested some but not all CPU's the optimum so far is a Phenox x4 black edition with 3.4 real Ghz - it flies also in single-core operations : ) But for less money you get a Athlon64x2 6000+ (real 3GHz per core).
We will try to make some options possible.

I'd say looks nice and clean from the front but the side loading optical drive bays are a little weird, and limit where you can put the box for access.
