Davy: hd driver is working great on my ACER aspire one. What I would like to be fixed is if I plug inn mini jack plug the sound is still playing on my aspire one.
Could you do something about that, so the sound got muted in that situation ?

I've got a problem with the driver: Installing and starting on my Eee 901 GO is no problem, but the sound seems to be way to fast... I think about 4 times faster than it should be.

I read that someone had the same Problem together with an USB installation. Since I have installed AROS on a 4GB SDHC, this one could be similar.

Any suggestions how to get the Sound working properly?

Unfortunately the difficulty is in the codecs, not so much in the audio controllers since they are all exactly the same (or should be anyway!). The vendor and product ID are for the controllers, not the codecs, so if yours is listed, it unfortunately predicts nothing about whether it will work. But please test! :)

I will try these new drivers with my Lenovo T60 and keep my fingers crossed that they work. At least my T60 had a vendor & product id that matched the contents of the hdaudio.config file.
