Thanks.
There's also no web browser, correct? What's the most complete app currently available? I've been to the archives, but it just looks like a bunch of demos and utilities there. Is there a list of compatible Amiga programs? And most newbie question of all: how does one go about installing any software on this thing? Where is the work: drive physically located on the host pc or mac?

I just installed vmwaros on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.5.1 and it seems to run like a charm.
I say "seems to" only because this is my first experience with Aros and I haven't touched the Amiga OS since Commodore went bankrupt almost 14 years ago! Can you point me to a user guide or other reference for absolute newbies? I had forgotten how geeky this stuff could be. (And I mean that in the most loving way possible! )I also installed vmwaros on a Windows XP x64 quad core machine with an NVidia 8800 Ultra. Neither the pc nor the Mac plays audio. Is it supported yet?

Hi,
Just tried out VmwAROS on VMWare Fusion on OS X. It's OS X 10.4.9 running on a Fujitsu laptop. Aros seems to work great inside VMWare fusion. :) ![]()
