well, uae gui is not enable yet...you need a .uaerc config file, try getting one from linux port!
mame is not building, afaik! regards, |

I have the same problem with UAE, though with a Kickstart Rom file called kick.rom in the same directory it will boot to the insert floppy screen (though won't do anything else
 ).

Hello,
Can someone help me with an URI where I can download MAME for AROS. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know if there's a MAME-frontend available for AROS? Also, I have a problem with UAE. When I click the uae-icon it appears to be starting up a configuration window, but then closes with the error: ------- ok - 504.98 BogoMIPS Trying to use Kicktart replacement. Follow sprite mode set No disk in drive 0. Building CPU table for configuration: 68020 l866 CPU functions Building CPU function table (2 0 0). Don't care mouse mode set Using PAL timing You need to have a diskfile in DF0 to use the Kickstart replacement! ------- I have all the nessesary files to run UAE, but because the configuration-window closes before I can make any configuration, I can't tell it where to find them. What am I doing wrong here? Does anyone know of a manual for uae under aros? Thanks Peter
