Good Luck. I have been trying to get Aros-Max for a long time. Including letting the torrent file run on my PC for 2 weeks straight. So far 11%. It might be the best current version of AROS out there but it isn't really easy to get. Personally, I say that it is impossiable to the point of being vaporware.

AROS Max is CoolCat's distro of AROS. It does have a fair amount of code that is not found in the official CVS so it maybe well worth your time to try it.

I'm downloading AROS-MAX now using bittorrent and it's only giving me 12k per second download but thats better than nothing. I'll put it on an FTP server when it's finished.

AROS-MAX, vaporware? I just want to say I have spent weeks, yes weeks, trying to downlaod AROS-MAX and I am now up to a whole 11%. Ye haaa! Two weeks and 11%, in aprox 5 months I will have the entire download.
Seriously guys, I have been tring in vain to get it from the first day I heard of it. I am willing to pay for someone to send me a CD beause it is seemingly impossiable to downlaod. Either that or you must be real, real, real lucky to get it when that one person that seeds it is online. I would seed it, if I could get it. |

Well - undoubtely the BEST way to share files in this very moment is torrent. No other system gives you better and faster download rate. If you have your ISO ready I can seed it for some time. My PC is on 24/7.

Well, im waiting for the devtools get inside the iso, than i will do a new/update aros-max. im looking for where to put it for download.
PS: aros-max still miss aros mame (broken atm) and fkey (as i cant save) to have cycle window (alt+tab) regards, |
