I have to say that I have never used irc before and don't know much about it. Anybody care to point me to a good place to get started so I can check out the aros channel and keep up more directly on whats going on?
And 4play...your choice words about what is being worked on sounds REALLY exciting. I can't wait!

The aros.org webpage havent been updated in a while im afraid (trying to do something about that "soon" TM) but there are "loads" of things happening in the background id have to say the best possible way of always staying up 2 date is to use the #aros irc channel its really the nr 1 place to find out about things but i do understand not everyone uses/is familiar with it :) there WILL be a new news update in a not to distant future but i can write a few keywords here about stuff beeing worked on RIGHT now and that MIGHT be done in a matter of weeks if not sooner! TCP/FAT32/New Installer/Sound Drivers/+++

Hey everyone. I almost didn't request this because I don't want to upset anyone. But, I would just like to see if someone can give an update. It has been a while and I know that there is a lot going on in the AROS world. Would someone be kind and do up a "summary" it would be nice to see what things apear to be "coming soon" to Aros etc. There has been a lot of things about "theaming" and some problems that were ran into there. The new installer etc. Just a kind of general "these are the things we are working on right now" type of thing. I, for one, would really, really appricate it.
