So... I can't use a "serial to ps/2" converter and still use ps/2 mice on the serial (com) port!?

How about Serial/DIN =O!? Forgot that the computer have no PS/2, but only those "old ones" for mouse/keyboard =)!!!

AFAIK the older keyboards with a bigger connecter are still PS/2 (unless you're going back a very long time, say to the 80s). You'd still be stuck for a mouse of course.

If your motherboard has support in BIOS for the 'USB Legacy' flag, then it could work.

There is no support for Serial/DIN mouse/keyboard in AROS...
What about a ps/2 addon PCI card?
I found my actual AROS box in a trash: a pc@850. with 256MB, I added an also found 32MB NVidia Creative Blaster, a SoundBlaster Live! and a 3c905B-TX plus some disk space.
I only bought the SB Live! for 20? and I'm using this box through a HP KVM... Found in another street!

Yes, someone gave me (after having repaired his laptop) the linux pc@1600 I'm posting this on. True I didn't paid my old good monitor (a 17" Shamrock) either.

I urge you to wander around your block.

One "offtopic question":

Those really are two compatible families of sounds cards for native AROS, first nforce2 and intel motherboards cards, second for Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! cards.
