paolone: That is correct. It should be no difference regarding the 1.66 and 1.83 version. The 2 GHz version I'm little unsure as there is one user having problems with WiFi as it freeze the system after couple of mins. Might be some conflict. I will report back when he try another WiFi card and we'll see if that was the problem.
All that said. Do you think there is any noticable speed difference here? All the CPUs on this laptop should be quite simelar and very fast for AROS. Best upgrade you can do is a SSD drive.

Since we're at it.
I noticed the D520 came in different versions, two with a T2x00 processor (1.66 and 1.83 GHz) and one with the more powerful T7200. The T7200 one has a GMA950 graphics and 2.00 GHz clock speed. Would be also this one elegible as a good AROS machine?
