I have one ZuneView request. Would it be possible to have an option where you can choose in % when scaling.
Would also prefer if inserted a vertical value the horisontal value would automatic be shown so the image is scaled with right aspect. Sure good if you like to have other acspect you can choose whatever you like but as default I hope ZuneView can do that in the future.

Looks very nice Yannick. Looking forward to try it out.
I will do video showing zuneview soon. Your work is amazing. Nothing like native apps for our favourite OS.

Good interview. Nice to read :)

Something new!

Last year I've got interviewed by French magazine "Obligement" about my work on AROS (see here)
I've looked back at some of my original work on Amiga and found old source code in pcq of Mandelbrot/Julia generator.
I had no time by then to work on this.

Last week, finaly, I've decided to give it a try and came out with this:
Resized Image

Nothing really fancy, but the tool allows you to navigate in the 4D space of Mandelbrot/Julia sets and to create pictures that are a mix of both.

The speed hasn't been optimised at all yet.
I hope having the time to look into an SMP version of it later on.

You can download the initial release here

As there's a nice trend regarding new datatypes being introduced I've created some new ones :
- XBM, monochrome bitmaps from X11 systems
- XPM, color bitmaps from X11 systems
- SPU/SPC, Atari ST, spectrum 512 picture format uncompressed and compressed

There are available in upload directory of Aros Archive:

as i wrote on the sf, my fault. i think zunepaint is about perfect, except making pointer invisible on m68k.

heres again the issue with zuneview when compiled with 6.3.0:
