I had this under VirtualBox also.
The way I solved it is to not mount the shares automatically but to add a script called by startup sequence that waits for some seconds and then mount the shares. Apparently if you try to mount shares too early the process get stuck somewhere.

I assume you set the drives up in Network prefs (i.e. they didn't appear automatically on first boot), and that you clicked Save instead of Use? Are any mountfiles created in DEVS:DOSDrivers or SYS:Storage/DOSDrivers?

Hello..
I installes Icaros Desktop 2.2.1 on VMWare Player 14 .. anything goes fine. and on first try it even recognizes my NAS Server and the SMB Share.. but on reboot of Icaros Desktop they are not there! FYI Jorge The Problem seems to be gone if you use the old L:smb-handler from Storage! |
