thanks, I just tried "BackupCopy" - umh, didn't work that well for me, but I'll keep an eye on it @kalamatee: "confusing and dangerous to have options like this in copy" - +1 @all/topic: regarding option NEWER: as I said above, it's highly questionable to check version strings as they're often outdated or missing. but I just realized: "copy NEWER" is completely useless (probably unpredictable, maybe even dangerous) when working on e.g. folders of image files, text files, etc., in other words: large amounts of files that do not have a $VER-version string at all, and by definition.

My personal opinion/preference would be?to rename this multi-tool to something more relevant and implement a separate copy command that just does what it?says?on the tin.
Its confusing and dangerous to have?options like this in copy - it would be more obvious in a generic tool with a name that reflects that.

I would not "delete Copy DELETE" but I agree that a warning would make sense, especially if NOREQ disables this warning.
BTW Morphos seems to share our very Copy command, dunno if they ever had this discussion?
