Hi,
i had a quick look and it looks nice but it crashes randomly if you use vesa modes. Just moving mouse btw.. Tried vesa 800x600 and 1024x768. Virtualbox (i know vmware is better : ) )

I only need to update the system files ( I mean SYS: partition
 ), not the entire installation. For that I'll wait for the final release.

I'd like to refresh my system files without installing the 2.2 preview, because I have some problems since the 2.1.3 update. What is safe to copy over to the 2.1.3 installation and what is not? C, libs, devs, classes, fonts, l, locale, should be safe to copy to sys, isn't it? Should I copy something from arch too? When the 2.2 final version is planned to be available?

Hi,
Thanks, like the new look and nice to see Lunapaint and Protrekkr added to the cd version, although Protrekkr does not start for me. Final writer addition was interesting. A recoverable error (Project-> Preference -> Cancel) but overall usable. It did raise some questions, like the spelling option may have to use an alternative to the original? What printing options will be offered? I suspect odt support might come before doc / docx plugin. Will these features be free of charge additions for pay for add ons. Jeff.
