If I'm not mistaken, you want to use the OpenWorkbenchObject() function like in this example.

Edit: but you could probably do as you tried, just replacing


sprintf(pathname_ex, "Open %s",lname);


sprintf(pathname_ex, "WBRun %s",lname);

But IMHO the OpenWorkbenchObject() way is better.

Because Me missed link to path and opening path in the Info file still. Mainly at desktop shortcut icons. So I' add it. For open folder (path) I used exec file "Open". But it is not standard part in the AROS.
How to open a folder else?
