E-UAE 0.8.27 for AROS Released

| Richard Drummond has released and experimental version of his E-UAE for AROS.
This version hasn't undergone much testing and problems are not unlikely.
Bad news first: this is built with the AmigaOS gfx driver (the AROS version of SDL isn't up to running E-UAE yet, it seems). It currently does not support E-UAE's Picasso96 emulation and, anyway, doesn't work well on AROS: it cannot do high colour/true colour rendering on AROS, for example, and so output is in a maximum 256 colours and, by default, dithered. The AmigaOS gfx driver is currently being rewritten to fix such problems.
The good news is that both the JIT compiler and audio output (via AHI) work.
