New Version of AmiDevCpp: v 0.9.7 (beta)

The IDE was updated.
If you now create a new Project for AmigaOS4 (for example),
the correct Compiler is set in the Project file, so there should be less confusion for Beginners...

The CrossCompilers and SDKs were updated.
Now there is working C++ support for all Platforms.
There has been no extensive Testings, so you should consider this as beta Software.
