Wanderer copy partially working

| The first portion of Drag&Drop changes have been commited and can be tested carefully in the nightly builds from now on. Copying of files via Wanderer should be possible for single selections, internally by executing "C:Copy" right now. This means copy works when dropping an icon on a target Wanderer window, dropping icons on icons does not. Dropping a directory icon in a target window will copy all contained files to the directory of target window. A directory shall be created and entered before.
This is a initial commit for testing purpose, so feel free to test carefully and please post your comments and bugs here. Debug output can be activated via Sashimi found in System:Tools/Debug/Sashimi. More updates to come.
