DOS Packets

Yup, another bounty has hit TeamAROS, this one some calling a "step backwards" since AROS went a different then AOS/MOS/OS4 did with DOS packets. As such, AROS is left on it's own for file systems while AOS/MOS/OS4 gets to enjoy ext2, SFS, or FAT32/NTFS. The decision after some mighty long debates on the dev ml, support both systems, damn it! Not only will AROS enjoy easy ports of exsting filesystems used by "amigas", this will also pave the way to other bounties, like the kickstart ROM clone.
