There has been a fair amount of talk recently about unity and co-operation between all of the Amiga camps (OS3, OS4, AROS and MorphOS). Many of us are tired of the divisions that cause many arguments and slow down progess. What we'd like to see is more co-operation between developers and users, just like we had in the good old days.

Although already available in Icaros 1.4, I thought it was worth mentioning that Audio Evolution 4 for AROS is now available for free for anyone. You can download it from here:

We are happy to announce immediate availability of new major versions of two AROS distributions! Icaros 1.4 and AspireOS 1.7 are both packed with fixes and improvements to AROS that took place in recent months as well as new and updated applications. Both distributions also contain a gift from us, the developers and maintainers, to you, the community - Odyssey Web Browser. Freshly ported from latest MorphOS version!

The bounty has been assigned to Krzysztof Smiechowicz. The goal of the bounty is to implement the missing functionality in Zune so that Odyssey Web Browser can be compiled on AROS and has the same set of features MUI-wise as on MorphOS and AmigaOS 4.

The Malibu plugin, which enables Hollywood to run Scala scripts on your Workbench, is now available in version 1.3.
