Here it is again (a tad late) the AROS news update.

Ok, many people seem to think the AmiZilla project is dead, and with good reason, as there's been no information released in a long time! So I thought I'd put out an update, so people can see things are happening!

Bounty #32, an ACPI subsystem component for AROS, has been initiated by Randy V.

The main objective of Phase I is just to identify availability of ACPI on a system, parse the system ACPI tables and configure AROS's subsystems with the retrieved information.

The actual Power Management is not considered part of this bounty, but will be addressed by Phase II.

TeamAROS announces Oliver B. has been assigned Bounty #30. Good luck Oliver!

Airsoft Softwair is proud to announce that all future versions of Hollywood will also be released for the free Amiga Research Operating System AROS. An internal beta version of Hollywood 2.0 was already successfully ported to i386 native AROS and works great.

Thanks to your bugs reports.

Feelin is an object-oriented system (OOS) for the AmigaOS. It provides two things : A small shared library, fast and powerful (the object-system's core), offering everything needed to create a complete object-oriented environnement ; And an extensible system to create and maintain GUIs. Although Feelin comes with a lot of GUI oriented classes, Feelin is not limited to that, and can be used for a variety of projects.
