JIT-enabled Odyssey 1.16.1 Released for AROS

We are happy to annouce that the first update to Odyssey Web Browser for AROS is available. The major feature introduced in this update is JavaScript Just-In-Time compilation which enhances the performance and usability of the browser! Don't miss out on this update!

The Malibu plugin, which enables Hollywood to run Scala scripts on your Workbench, is now available in version 1.3. This version is enhanced for Hollywood 5.0 and brings some improvements and bug fixes over the old version. After two years of development, Airsoft Softwair is proud to annouce the immediate availability of Hollywood 5: Infinity for AmigaOS and compatibles and Microsoft Windows. This is a massive update which boasts over 120 new functions in comparison to Hollywood 4.8 and brings along many new features and general improvements. Highlights include the ability to play video streams, full Internet and network support (you could even run a server with Hollywood now!), support for real vector graphics and vector image formats like SVG, hardware accelerated double-buffering, inbuilt synthesizer functions and much much more.

Another little update for Icaros Desktop 1.3.3 is available for download. This patch introduces all the latest improvements from Krzysztof Smiechowicz (the ones he sent to AROS-EXEC.org on Jan. 20), but includes also latest updates to Zune NList classes and fixes AmiBridge's "ADD ADF" script, which didn't work correctly when the "AROS A1200" option was used for Amiga? games. A new versions of Mesa 3D library and Nouveau video drivers are available for AROS.

The major functionality introduced in this release is a full 2D/3D support for selected models from latest nVidia video card family - Fermi (GeForce 400/500 series), putting most powerfull rendering capabilties in hands of AROS user.

I'm happy to announce availability of Cube 2 : Sauerbraten for AROS. Cube 2 is an actively developed First Person Perspective shooter with fast game-play, beautiful 3D graphics, featuring many single player maps, a single player campaign mode as well as on-line multi-player game-play.
