The PURE-CBM Commodore Computer Club in Austria is organizing the ?Commodore Vienna 2009? convention in the ?Driving Park Pachfurth? on October, 3rd and 4th 2009. Start is at 10:00 and it closes at 17:00 Uhr.

An anonymous sponsor came forward to support the cost for adding Sunday, October 18, 2009 to our show! This is great news for all exhibitors and attenders, especially those who could not attend on Saturday.

Those of you who are working on T-shirt contest designs, please include the 18th as the end date for the show.

We're looking for a design for the new AmiWest 2009 T-shirt!? All you designers out there crank up your Amigas and come up with a sharp design for an AmiWest T-shirt.? We're looking for something that will print on either a dark or light background and still look good.

All AmiWest 2008 hotel bookings made with the former Clarion Hotel Cal Expo before Sept. 8, 2008 have been canceled. The new owners of the hotel have lost them. Please rebook with the new hotel owners as soon as possible. The new hotel web site is http://www.capitolcityhotel.com and the hotel is called the Capitol City Hotel Cal Expo now.

AROS tour in Italy continues! If you missed the conference at Pianeta Amiga 2007, you can still see AROS in action at Brusaporto Retrocomputing, a new event about old platforms and their most recent developments.

This is the fifth information release for AmiWest 2007, the Amiga show in the Western United States. We're in the capital of California, the world's fifth largest "nation," and presenting the 10th version of AmiWest October 20-21, 2007.

Please go to http://sacc.org/amiwest for the latest information.

A good news for all italian people: AROS will be present at the incoming 2007 edition of Pianeta Amiga, a well known italian event about Amiga and other alternative technologies.

Paolo Besser will talk about AROS, its features and applications on Saturday 22, at 16.00h. So, if you plan to visit Tuscany that day, don't forget to add Empoli (FI) to your plan.
