Correct. That has been so for as long as i can remember, and sometimes can lead to pretty awkward conversations trying to solve pendrive boot problems as well

Inserting FAT32 formatted USB stick results in software failure.

Error: 0x8100000f - Memory header not located

Serial debug:
[MM] Pool manager error
[MM] Attempt to allocate 92 bytes

[MM] Requested to allocate from pool 0xf000eef3 which is not marked as valid

Inserting FAT16 formatted USB stick seems to work.
It had a different name

Edit: This is with the ABIv1 (native i386)
