Well, there`s currently some problems with downloading the torrent because the trackers are misconfigured and the torrent wasn`t registered there. I`m going to correct this now

Thanks for all the enthusiasm. I'm really happy the Emergency Mode idea actually allowed people installing and enjoying AROS on their - actually incompatible - hardware. I hope that this secondary kernel thing will be a good workaround during ata.device development, but I also hope it would be a temporary solution.

I take the moment just to propose again my old point of view about this matter: can't the ata.device be split into two parts, one supporting ATA the old fashion, and one supporting SATA (and maybe USB devices) without conflicts between each other?

Changing subject, I would like to apologize with people who had problems downloading VmwAROS, I've activated a third HTTP link on FileFront in the meanwhile, so it should worth a second try. Anyway, I'll collect any link provided by the community as like as I did in the past, and will had them to the download section, so thanks in advance to anyone helping me.

I`ll do some alternate locations after I get get home. As usual.

Enormous effort to put all this together, you are making a huge difference to AROS i would say!!

Thanks especially for the EMERGENCY boot option which allows vmwaros to boot on my laptop. But it took about 2-3 minutes to boot and my CD drive was making all sorts of noises?? (its not very old at all??)

Thanks to seeders of the torrent, the fsatest and easiest way to download i think!!
(was only able to seed back about half due to uploads costing against my download limit!!)
