@paolone,

I have a fresh build of GrafX2 to test on Icaros. Please check your pm's, and let me know where to send it.

Which one is in Icaros?

I think the one from ports, but I don't remember.

Also, the Icaros benchmark GLMark fails on my intel driver setup. It seems to get stuck building vbo in mesh.cpp, glBindBuffer(GL_ARRAY_BUFFER, 0); and when loading shaders in shader.cpp, mVertexShader = glCreateShaderObjectARB(GL_VERTEX_SHADER);

The benchmark runs fine (but slowly) on the same machine in VESA mode, and also runs okay on my nouveau setup.

I think there are two build of GrafX2. One from AROS ports crashes, the one from archives works I think. At least I have GrafX2 as a test application for compatibility.

I finally took a look at the experimental distro. And when opening GrafX2, I get an error message (illegal instruction).

I get that too, and also in Icaros 2.0.3. Has it ever worked for anyone in the 2.x series?

Found a "bug" with the new distro...

Not so much Icaros but with OWB itself

Open one instance of OWB, rightclick for menu in tab "about ... browser" (to see if you got a menu)

keep previous instance, launch a new instance of OWB, rightclick for menu in tab "about ... browser" (to see if you got a menu)

Close the newly opened instance and in the old instance, rightclick for menu in tab "about ... browser" (to see if you got a menu)

The last step on my virtual machine does not show the labels in the menu. Tested the same thing in the previous version (same settings in the virtual machine) there it seems to work.

OWB was launched from the start/app bar/dock at the bottom of the screen

If this error is confirmed feel free to do a buggreport to wherever it is supposed to go, I do not have the time.

Hi,

Sorry, edited - the WG111v3 still works - just the range is very short... Thanks ncafferkey for the driver!

Thanks,
Chris
