It looks like you're trying to duplicate what phoenixconsole is doing with Broadway-X, but without really knowing what you're doing. Maybe you should pursue a less ambitious project.

Upon completion a user will be able to execute AROS M68k applications either by clicking on a icon on the desktop or by executing the Janus-UAE from the command line the same way that one would execute windows programs in Linux using wine.

By default the AROS M68K applications should execute without having to load AROS wanderer as if it was a normal Linux application.
