OK, I am really excited about the latest development in Aros. So here are some of the things will be demoing on my iMica Pro (cannot think of better name yet). Obviously iMica Atom is just a bit slower but I will have both there because iMica Atom is 30% cheaper and uses less power.

1. Just how good it looks and runs
2. OWB, and other software, well OWB is the jewel at the moment
3. HD Videos demos, 1280x720p at full speed
4. Music demos HDTrekker and MP3 Players.
5. Poseiden taking photo from my Nokia N85 phone camera and then displaying immediately.
6. Mesa 3D demonstrations and talk about hardware driver
7. If I can ge a WHD demo running, although I think I have one in IcAros

Then just encourage people to get involved as we are at least moving forward even if in some areas we may be a little behind.

I really am buzzed about this.

Steve

You might want to show FPSE (ps1 emu) and I can give you MAME if you like. just send mail to nik-tom@online.no and I send it to you.

Shame, a beer would have been good.

Tried emailing you but it bounced with message try again later.

@clusteruk

Cool, nice that you are going out to show iMica/Aros. Don't forget to show (for the the retro gamer) WHD MENU. I think it's very nice. If we only had sound and Joystick support in UAE.

Could not resist it, my first Amiga show in over 15 years and in Italy where I never did a show before. So, I will pack up my two iMica's and go to Empoli for the Pianeta 2009. I hope to do a presentation to ask and answer questions.

Hope to see some of you there.

If anybody wants to finish the native AHI driver and Video drivers before I go that would be good too, dual core support would be nice too.

I intend running my presentation using Aros obviously and showing all the work so far. Any ideas for good demos then fire away.

Steve
