I can only say thet I tried installing on a hard drive after booting in emergency mode, and it worked really fine. It's supposed to do that.

OK, after having tried out the VE edition, I wanted to install VMWaros natively on a 40 GB HD (see the rest of the machine specs in my sig). When I try the normal boot mode with NVIDIA GFX, I get this error:



In emergency mode, I can boot into AROS, but I cannot install it. In the installer, I selected "wipe disk", reboot, then select to install on existing partitions + format, but it seems like no partitions have been created earlier ("select DH0: in any drive").

Any ideas?

Pardon me... I`ve registered it on Linuxtracker.org and the torrent file was changed. It appears to be needed to reupload it again because it get a tracker announce url with a torrent ID.

Nice work. 0.8 fixes a number of problems (for me). Hivlytracker now loads files from a SFS partition. Finally I can use the OS4 theme, Janoeditor and Vim work fine with it now, yay! The problem with non clickable buttons of applications on a custom screen still persists though. But things are getting better and better, cheers!

Should I remove the older 0.7.1 torrent ? I think it isn`t very useful now.

Paolo: I mean, you need to reupload because the old file just won`t work if the DHT network is disabled in torrent clent, which is sometimes the case. The tracker url`s used to create the .torrent file must be as folowing:
