I used a freeware tool than handles RAR/ZIP files called The Extractor (http://www.download.com/The-Extractor/3000-2250_4-10624214.html?tag=lst-3 from C|NET Download.com). Not exactly a very intutive interface but did the job fine for me.

(1) Be sure the virtual machine is aware of your cd-rom drive: in VM menu look for Removable devices > CD-ROM and be sure it is "connected" and "connected at startup". (2) press rAros+W to open a shell (rAros is rWin or F12, and it's the AROS version of the right Amiga key).

Just can't stay away

Downloaded,installed,works.
BUT,stupid question,vmware announces cdrom and hosted aros doesn't.Do i have to mount device? And i must be blind i didn't see a shell. Only directory opus?
