Can i just confirm that sound is disabled in Janus 1.4 released with WIP5? It's just that I'm not getting any sound on either my Samsung netbook (HDaudio) or my desktop (Terratek Aurion 5.1). This was tested with a few adf games and CBM rom image KS 1.3 on both WIP5 and standard Icaros. Sound is fine with Janus 1.3, and I used the same config file with both 1.3 and 1.4.

Ok, I'll have a look.

I can't close it myself, seems, I don't have permission to do so. I can create new tickets, but can't close them.

Ok, thx for the feeback and confirmation.

That would explain why i was unable to close it as well then :/

Agreed, but a bit of an ackward situation if you ask me as i suspect developers not strawling around these forums picking up on each and every vibe.

Would be nice to get some more information. The only thing I changed on startup, is sound detection. But it should avoid crashes, not cause new ones ;).

Uh Oliver,

since you're here: I am using the latest build you published of JUAE 1.4, but I notice that it often crashes at startup. I really should remember to enable snoopy and sashimi before doing anything. Maybe I'll catch the culprit.

Yes, it seems fixed for me

(Honest) question: can you close the ticket yourself, or can only a developer do that ?

Ehm... right click menus in coherency mode + mouse sync.

They almost always fail to work, with options that don't get actually used when clicked.
