OK. Hope I will be able to get it booting as I prefer AROS above MAC OS on this mini.

It seems you may be lucky after all: your card should have 2d support for sure and maybe even 3d acceleration

Many thanks.
I checked the hardware list. Apart from that my PC is a mac mini x86 I see that most of my stuff inside the mac are compatible.
Funny part is that when I boot one of the VESA modes from the AROS cd my monitor goes blank and starts complaining that it can't handle 75khz mode. I still believe it should be possible to install/run AROS on mac mini x86.

Where can I find the list of supported hardware?

Harware compatibility list on the wikibook.

The gfx card support is listed here.

Look at the index on the right to select other hardware components.

Lists are unfortunately not always up to date

As Sabbate explained, your only major problem is your grphic card, which exact model comes with your mac mini? you must check it is supported by aros.

Network and other features problems can be solved, but for having 3D acceleration and a quick graphic response, the chipset fo your graphic card must have drivers, unless you just want to do basic stuff, for which VESA support should be enough

You've tried!

But you could try the virtual machine! or:

I bought the computer in my signature has 30 ? on ebay, you could do the same thing you and leave the mac mini for osx.
Aros is compatibile with most of ibm-compatible computers, the problem is, if anything, if you want to play 3D titles must have a nvidia gforce 6,7,8,9 otherwise go to vesa.
The lter problem and the network card, you can take a realtek 8139 such as pci or pci-e x1.

hi

for list of compatibility read this
