Ok I found it, seems like this startup file for VNC is copied into WBStartup, and changing the source VNC startup did not update the WBStartup script unless removing VNC in Icaros profs app and then reactivate it.
I also after a bit struggle found out the right params to use that works, IPFILTER 192.168.0.255

Hi!
I am using VNC as a mouse and keyboard server only on AROS and Win2VNC on my Windows7 to share mouse and keyboard but still have multiple monitors. Just dragging the mouse between the monitors. However, everytime I connect to AROS I need to accept the connection (I still need a mouse on AROS to do this). I read the manual and found something like setting UNKNOWN_IP ACCEPT to auto, however I seem to be unable to locate what and where to change to actually do this. Any help is appreciated.
