A new version of LiveUpdater is now available for download
http://vmwaros.blogspot.co.uk/2016/04/new-liveupdater-available-for-download.html It changes LUPD behavior in order to perform upates at startup, when all sensitive programs are not running. Please update to this version if you're running Icaros 2.1.
