oli, the mouse wheel driver issue is, afaik, low-level, under host i think it works.
the requirement would be scroll a drawer window direct under wanderer. regards, ps: the optional <datatype support> field, for begin, we could use any workaround we can...start the file #!bin/sh or .script , .txt ... even if that is not the correct and definitive approach, is just to give to the user an upgrade of the "wanderer look and feel". *****EDITED*** "to be able to 2x clicks on shell scripts". Because support of Shell commands is already working in Wanderer, and is working even better when you add the "CLI" tooltype to ENVARC:SYS/def_Tool.info icon. There, the datatype descriptor does more than read the file first characters, as the difference between a text and a shell script is the "Execute" file protection flag. Descriptors can be more than file readers and allow file protections scans too, or any detection function in fact. This way, REXX scripts are text files with "Execute" flag set of which first characters are: "/*", as "Every REXX script begins with a comment" says The Book. The feature of "executing" Shell scripts and REXX scripts in two-clicks should be integrated in Wanderer anyway, with arguments/parameters in icons tooltypes. As it is the case in Workbench3.0, no? |
