As I know NatAmi is not only reconstruction of old Amiga model like MiniMig. NatAmi thanks open FPGA technology is also future oriented:
"New enhanced and performance optimized 68K-CPU planned as free upgrade. Work is in progress on a new fully compatible 68K CPU, AKA N070, providing high performance for todays multi-media applications. This CPU will be implemented as softcore into the main logic design. Once the CPU is finished it can be upgraded by reflashing the firmware." I think this may be very interesting platform with AROS as operating system in the future. I know x86 is cheapest and most popular platform but for many Amigans "Amiga" is not only software but also hardware. AROS 68k may attract more new People to AROS... What do You think? Just think: Open hardware with Amiga compatibility + Open OS :)
