Assuming they're used as boot options to Linux itself, they shouldn't make a difference. Options for AROS you could try include notlsf and mungwall.

It's not only the browser.
There are many apps which crash after some time.

The solution: don't start the browser!
Aros is very stable as long as you don't start any programs....

Sorry - I can not really help her either...

PS: did you check all the filesystem-permissions?

Sadly exact the same with 512.
I'm out of ideas.

Now i have tryed noacpi, noapic and disabled smp.
It's allways the same.

[edit 2]
The last try was start a kernel without, spectre and meltdown patches, but again, no luck with icaros.

All tryes where done with 2048M memory for Icaros.

Never tried it with that high amount of memory!
That is exactly the theoretical limit of 32bit-AROS (Icaros).
Maybe try it with 512?

(we do not have enough applications to fill two Gig anyways - except for maybe the browser ... )

I remember some problems with odyssey and
a) no working internet connection
b) filesystem not writable

Hm, it seems, icaros hates me. Even on 32Bit Debian i can't get Icaros run stable. Problem with the webbrowser resists, system is chrashing randomly. Tryed it on 3 Systens now.

Desktop i5-4670K (16 GiB Ram), NVidia 1050Ti 64bit Debian Sid = not usable
Desktop i5-4670K (16 GiB Ram, mem=3584 at grub), NVidia 1050 Ti 32bit Debian stable = not usable
Notebook i5-2520M (16 GiB Ram, mem=3584 at grub); Intel Graphics Debian stable = not usable.

I really ask myself, how get the people Icaros hosted running on linux. All tryes where done with 2048M memory for Icaros.

Here is what i see with the Browser:

Looks like the odyssey from February 2017 is internally a slightly newer (odyssey) built than the owb-odyssey from April 2016...
but both are version 1.25 from 2016
