Yeah... tried burning a new disk with the same result (it just boots to Windows). I did test the disk drive and it seems to be working fine.

So you need an Aros machine to make an Aros USB. :( Pretty disappointed but I'll try it again later maybe. I have an old A150 somewhere but won't see it until I move next month. I also have a external disk drive that might work... but that's also in storage waiting for the move.

It's so strange that it won't boot from the disk drive. I'll google some more.

If you have problems burning the iso, don't have software or optical drive to do it just pm me and I send you a free disk. Could also be usb storage device but you would have to pay for the usb-drive + shiping.
I guess usb-drive + shiping would be 15$

How do you install to usb?

AROS require special filesystem so to install to USB you have actually have AROS already installed to install to a USB storage device. That is not possible from Windows or other OS.

You should use an optical disk to boot. I guess something went wrong in the burning prosess. Normaly when double click the iso file it burns directly to disk as a bootable device but for sure can be different on different setups.
Also try your optical drive to be sure it is working as normal. Simply insert a disk with some data and read it.

Try again when you have burned a disk with AspireOS.
Press F12 and select optical drive and AspireOS boots.

I can't get either yours or Icaros to boot from USB. Ubuntu boots fine from USB. I burned yours to a CD-R and it just boots Windows even though I tell it to boot from the CD. :(

I should say that I just get a blinking cursor. I'll try another thumb stick.

Must be something wrong with the optical drive on this thing. I'll try a USB.

It is as easy that from wireless manager it is possible to connect directly to the networks that are scanned but it is not possible to save your network from there. That I show you how to do in this video.
Maybe at a later stage a save button will be implemented in the wifeless manager but that is not up to me.

I just downloaded the iso and tested it even if I tried it before, but that was before I uploaded it.

It happen to me once the optical drive started to spin over and over again at boot. I pushed the eject button and closed the tray and it worked.

I'm having trouble getting it to boot from the disk. Is that ISO for sure bootable?
