Well network is more important, I suppose.
But I recently found a source of unix in C
to save some time, so I m linking the appropriate
includes and changing the body code to the whole
structure and so on.

You're going to create an AHI HD audio driver?

If so, have you tried the existing one?

He may have a NIC that is not supported although one would think that by just looking at the drivers name. For example my Realtek RTL8168D(P)/8111D(P) PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC is not working.

Today I started to build drivers for my laptop (Fujitsu Amilo Pi1536)in C/C++ AmiDevCpp.
As I told in other posts I experience problems as no network and sound drivers still exist.

Actually, this time I m still discovering the whole structure of AROS.
I'll build something more luxurus later, but now I'm
try to make network and sound play.

network card: RLT 8169/8110 Gbit
audio chipset: ALC880/885
video: ATI X1400 mobile

These build in audio and network drivers, are very
popullar through pc's, so I think I'll give a
helpfull hand to all of us.

Its too early to say when, but when ready
I'll post the links here over filesharing

Any new version of LunaPaint is planned ? Latest one which i tryed before (public one), was pretty buggy in some usable parts (can't said for now what exactly). Also if you in interest about betatesting - can do that for you too :)

I have just started.

You could test the old version from Aminet and report bugs
Official bug tracker is here:
http://developer.berlios.de/bugs/?group_id=8060

How much time do you have to work with LunaPaint? I was thinking about dedicating some more time using it and hopefully suggest a few improvements and report bugs.
